Localize Calendar feature problem

Description
Hello,
I want to show localize calendar by passing language dictionary to
.datepicker.setDefaults($.datepicker.regional['User_Lang']);
So how can we achieve this by using jQuery localize calendar/ other solution feature ?
Please help me to solve this problem.
