Provide callback option which is fired once when the min/ max limits are met

Description

It'd be great to have an event fired corresponding to ''minWidth'', ''minHeight'', ''maxWidth'' & ''maxHeight'' when they exceed, once per drag in a direction. Or a single event that contains information regarding the limit which is reached.
