Description
I think arrow buttons should be left aligned in RTL mode, will send a pull request later.

Test case: http://jsfiddle.net/y3c0Lkyf/, there's "dir=rtl" on <body> in test.

Update the fix using "dir=rtl" in markup to config the widget direction. The new testcase is http://jsfiddle.net/nhvwL5my/
