problem with DST timings

Description
I have problem with DST timings.on 02-NOV-2014 draggable is not working and 09-Mar-2014 if I want to select 24 hrs its working fine.Second Sunday in March between 1.30 to 3AM and 11 to 12PM we can't able to select and drag drop the individual half hour availability properly.
Scenario2: First Sunday of November availability drag drop functionality not working properly.

I have no idea what you're referring to, but this doesn't sound like anything in jQuery UI.
