Accordion not working properly

Description
when the screen size changes accordion stops responding in the complete website means while clicking normally in the browser it is working but when the screen size reduces accordion does not work

Because we get so many tickets, we often need to return them to the initial reporter for more information. jQuery UI 1.9.2 has not been supported for a while. Please test against the current version of jQuery UI. If you continue to have problems, please provide a reduced test case as requested in the red box.
