jquery-ui draggable depends on dimensions

(Note: I also filed Ticket #2115 about jquery-ui with only Draggable raises an ugly error)
When I use the Download widget on ui.jquery.com by only selecting Draggable (which generates a 15K jquery-ui.min.js) it only works if I also load the Dimensions plugin. I can accept that jQuery itself is a dependency but I can imagine lots of other people stumbling on this same pitfall when they get started with jQuery UI.
This should be fixed.
