error when opening dialog

Description
at line 127 in ui.core.js instance[options] is undefined and gives and error when opening a dialog with tabs in it. both ui and jquery are from trunk.
This works for me. Please try using current SVN and if you continue to have problems, reopen the ticket and attach a file showing the problem.
