No title causes height of title bar to be different

Description

When there is no title attribute, the title bar is shorter - causing the close icon to appear half on and half off the title bar. This is using theme generated from ThemeRoller.

Fixed in [445]. You'll just need the latest JavaScript files, you won't need to update your theme.
