Documentation of effects.size missing...

Description

In #3005 I was told to use effects.size and not effects.scale if I want to scale to a specific size and not by a percentage... However the effects.size method is not documented on  http://docs.jquery.com/UI/Effects .

So please document effects.size to prevent such invalid bug reports in the future!
