Drop effect bug under IE7 & Safari (Win & mac)

Description

When applying the drop effect to a DIV positioned using "absolute", the effect does not occur at the right place in the window.

the DIV is the white and black ad at the top right : the effect occurs at the top left, as if the DIV wasn't positioned.

Can anyone get a jsFiddle example of this bug? I'm not sure that the example page linked to 3 years ago still shows it or not...

It was a div for a special event, cannot find the code anymore, sorry
