UI/Tabs strange behavior

I am testing the tab functions with twelve tabs. On initial load, the tabs look OK. However as I navigate on the top row from tab to tab the module does very strange positioning on the tab row below. It pushes the second row of tabs towards it right and leaving a big blank gap to the left side. I was going to attach a screenshot file but did not find any available way in this page. You may write back to my email so I can send you the file. The tabs plugin is loaded from "http://dev.jquery.com/view/tags/ui/latest/ui/ui.tabs.js".
