Droppable Elements jump and move below mouse when page is scrolled down

Description
As seen on this page: http://ui.jquery.com/repository/latest/demos/functional/#ui.droppable, elements that are dragged when the page is scrolled down move below the mouse cursor at about the same distance that the page is scrolled down. Scrolled far enough down, and you won't see the element that is being dragged.
