datepicker draws calendar incorrect

Description
I downloaded just the core UI and the datepicker component on 9/4/2008, and when I implemented in a test page, it draws several months incorrectly, starting with October 2008. I then replaced it with the direct download from Marc's site, and it works perfectly.
I believe this is related to the timezone of the client machine and has been fixed in 1.6.
