Datepicker does not highlight 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th week of March

Description

The current release of datepicker (1.5.2) with an inline calendar would highlight the day clicked for any day of the year except for days in November and the 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th week of March. This is demonstrated at  http://sidesigns.com/pub/datepicker/index152.php

This problem was partially fixed in 1.6rc2 as November now works correctly but the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th week of March continues to fail to highlight when clicked. This is demonstrated at  http://sidesigns.com/pub/datepicker/index16rc2.php

Whatever fix from 1.5.2 was applied to 1.6rc2 for November needs to be extended to March as well.

Fixed. Due to daylight savings cutovers in this timezone.
