png8 support in themeroller

Description
ThemeRoller v2 currently exports png24. We need to get it returning png8 for ie6 support.
I'd consider this a blocker for release.
there's a php file in apps/themeroller/images called png8.php.
Ideally, this will return an alpha-transparent png 8.
