Description
To reproduce:
- Go here: http://ui.jquery.com/repository/tags/testing/demos/slider/steps.html
- Select the handle and use LEFT/RIGHT/UP/DOWN to move the handle to the far left (or right)
- After the handle reaches the min (or max) press the key one more time
- Value will exceed the min/max set in the example
