Themeroller - need static example of dialog with overlay and shadow for preview purposes

Description

We need to add back in the static example of dialog with overlay and shadow framework classes so people can see the effect of changing these levers in ThemeRoller. Right now, there is no way to see these levers in TR, even though all the themes in the gallery have these defined.

Richard has suggested using the normal dialog plugin but made to look embedded by changing the display to relative/inline via the DOM. We can also add in the shadow class in the same way if this isn't part of the plugin for release.
