resizable dialog jumps in IE6 when scrolled down

Description

Open  http://ui-dev.jquery.com/demos/slider/ (or any other demo) in IE6, open Options tab, scroll down a bit, click on any type, eg. Boolean. Try to resize the dialog and observer how it jumps down (probably the scrolled-distance) each time.

Not reproducable in the trunk demos any longer, seems fixed.
