Trac isn't sending email notifications

Description

Trac isn't sending email notifications to ticket reporters. Haven't tested adding myself to CC, although even that is only possible when first creating the ticket. Normal users are unable to add themselves to the CC list.

Fixed. Emails now send to list of addresses in the CC field. The emails will originate from dev.jqueryui@… and contain a [dev.jqueryui.com] prefix in the subject.
