Invalid Windows Timestamp on generated files

Description
The modified timestamp generated for the images/files downloaded is set to 1/2/1601. This timestamp corrupted zip files on my Windows machine. Please correct this to be a valid timestamp > 1980.
Can be closed. I can't seem to reproduce this issue, with the current 6rc6 downloads.
