Modal window incorrect sizes on drop

Description
well, i founded even on site
http://jqueryui.com/demos/dialog/#modal-confirmation
what here is some trable, on modal drop, only in IE(7.0 have),
then drop the window it resize it self incorrectly and in my situation it hides the buttons.

Feel free to reopen this ticket if you can provide a more detailed description. You can't drag or drop the overlay and I'm not seeing any problems when dragging or resizing the dialog or the browser window.

also tryed and found even in Mozilla same problem on drop resize
