Disabling themeswitcher cookies

Description
Would it be possible to add an option to stop themeswitcher from using cookies? This way the theme could be managed manually.

looks like passing cookieName: "" does the trick.

Hmm. tried that just now and still ended up having a cookie set with only the theme name (e.g. "Start").
