Themeswitcher cookie needs a path option

Description
It must be possible to specify the path parameter for the cookie. Otherwise changing a theme may look a bit random for restful sites. This would add the possibilities to choose whether changing a theme has a side wide effect or make it page specific. Now it is nesting level specific so there are multiple themes apparently random appearing throughout the site.
