Embedded media runs in inactive tabs in Google Chrome

Description
I have an embedded media player in one of my tabs. Works fine except when the page is opened with Google Chrome, the media player loads and plays even while the tab is inactive. In Firefox and IE, the media player does not load unless the tab is active as expected. This is Flash content.
This works fine for me. Please attach a test case if you continue having trouble.
