I've gotten through the problem and here is the solution..
The code which is listed in UI/Carousel > Example > view source
"http://jquery-ui.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ui/ui.core.js" the link should be this "http://jqueryui.com/latest/ui/ui.core.js"

There is no carousel plugin in UI.
