Description
Whenever I download a theme, my .zip file contains only the default theme (gray).
My css folder only contains a file "jquery-ui-1.7.2.custom.css" of 11KB size with no reference to images or the custom theme.
I tried several times, creating a custom theme or selecting one from the gallery, every try just downloads the default gray theme.

I also have that problem, with FF 3.5.7, IE 7.0.5730, and with Chrome.
If you look at the download page, there is a title "Components (0 of 25 selected)" where the "0 of 25" remains whatever the number of selected component is -> it sounds strange and could be a clue to find out why the downlaod zip file doesn't include the custom theme css and images.
I just went through the process, creating a custom theme for 1.7.2. It seemed to work fine for me on Firefox 3.5.7. The zip download included a css folder with the custom theme and images. Can you provide some more information about what browser you're using?
