Description
Actions to see bug:
Open dialog -> drag it -> close it -> re-open it
The dialog opens on the top of the browser instead of where you last closed it, or even its original location.
I am on Firefox 3.6 with OSX Snow Leapord.
This is working properly. The user had an old theme file.
