Can a submit a localization file for the datepicker?

Description

Can a submit a localization file for the datepicker? It's Chinese for Hong Kong (zh-hk). I saw Chinese localization files for mainland China and Taiwan available, but there isn't any official localization file for Hong Kong Chinese yet.
