Both 1.8rc2 and 1.7.2 zips are missing the development-bundle/ui/minified folder

Description

On ui-dev /download whether you select 1.7.2 or 1.8rc2 the zip is missing the development-bundle/ui/minified folder that can be found in the svn tag. The contents should be filtered based on component selection, just like the development-bundle/ui folder
