UI.Sortable require item position refresh when scroll

Description
After do scrolling (in _mouseDrag) the ui doesn't refresh the positions of the items, so the _intersectsWithPointer not working properly.

Thanks for contributing. I'm certain this is correct, but could you please provide a complete reduced test case on jsFiddle to help us assess your ticket.

Well, it was two years ago, sorry I don't remember for that issue really, I don't use the jQuery UI since almost 2 years.
