Rollover icons and custom theme download missing

Description
Hi!
I have two blocking problems:
1) icons do not correctly show on mouse rollover on ThemeRollerPage (I saw there is an open ticket yet)
2) Custom theme download does not work, output is:
output file /srv/jqueryui.com/htdocs/repository/cache/4321b6903839802e9de07ac004a89065/jquery-ui-1.8.8.custom.zip doesn't exist, redirecting to /download
Please help me!!!

Ok I made some other test, the problem occurs if I change the folder name "custom-theme" to something else.
