Accordian animation laggy and jagged with css3 box shadows

Description

The Accordian seems to have a really jagged animation when placed inside a box which uses css3 box shadow. This seems to be a problem in mac chrome but is perfectly fine in mac firefox. I have not tested any others.

added a height to accoridian. This only happens when the accordian changes the height of the parent container

I don't think there's anything we can do about this. Some browsers are just really inefficient with styling like box shadows.
