Slider does not work in IE9

Description
The slider widget does not work in IE9 - it cannot be dragged / moved.

I'm not sure what's wrong with jsFiddle, but slider works fine in IE9: http://view.jqueryui.com/1.8.10/demos/slider/default.html http://view.jqueryui.com/master/demos/slider/default.html There were a few problems with your code but even after fixing them jsFiddle still didn't work.
