ThemeRoller Bookmarklet close icon not shown

Description
The Bookmarklet uses icon from http://jqueryui.com/themeroller/developertool/icon_bookmarklet_close.gif but if the ThemeRoller Bookmarklet is on a page that is not on jqueryui.com the icon is not visible. Loading of the icon fails with HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden.
If I disable the http referer from about:config in my Firefox the icon does load, so the server must be doing some checking to the referer header.
