Custom Theme generator (Themeroller) does not work with Chrome 10

Description
When checked against firefox, the current settings are put in the url after the #. The values do not show up in Chrome 10 and so individual changes are not kept when you make another change. This is especially evident if you edit one of the gallery themes.
