DatePicker Animation in IE8

Description
The datepicker doesn't display properly in IE8 when using animations. Tested the same functionality in Chrome and it works fine.

Because we get so many tickets, we often need to return them to the initial reporter for more information. Please provide a reduced test case that shows the problem in IE 8.
