Description
Hello:
I am using dialog boxes with the default theme. Sometimes the close icon ("X") does not show up in the upper right corner of the box. It appears that if the title is of a certain length, it covers up the icon. If I could upload an image, you would see what I mean.

This works fine for me. See #5087. Note that if you have a very long non-breaking title, the title and icon will overlap, there's nothing we can do about that.
