(1.8.16) Date picker containers is not hidden after initialized

Description

In 1.8.1, Date picker append ui-helper-hidden-accessible to the #ui-datepicker-div thus make the div invisible from user view. But this class is not added in 1.8.16.

Please make sure you're using a valid theme for 1.8.16.

This issue happens on my installation as well. Using jqueryui 1.8.16 and jquery 1.4.2.
