Accordion animation bug

Description
the animation bug occur mainly in Chrome (v16.0.912.63) and Firefox (v9.0.1).
the bug happens only if I change the default 100% zoom of the browser, then the animation is not smooth.

Can you describe "not smooth"? I'm seeing Chrome render an invisible scrollbar for some reason, but the animation itself seems smooth.
