scrollbar shown after browser resized to small

Description
When oldInstances is reused, the width and height is memorized. So that scroll bar is shown after browser resized to small.
jQuery.ui.dialog.overlay.oldInstances[0].width() always equal to the largest width, even browser is resized to small.

I tested in UI 1.9.0. It is fixed. Thanks.
Please provide a reduced test case showing the problem using the latest version of jQuery UI.
