tabs not work in ie7&ie6 in iframe page

Description
1.Open IE7 or ie6
2.Navigate to the Tabs demo page: http://jqueryui.com/tabs/#default
tabs not work.
but open url:
http://jqueryui.com/resources/demos/tabs/default.html
tabs is ok.
