Description
Hi,
In the process of migrating to the latest JqueryUI. Have just changed to the new accordion heightStyle from the old autoHeight and came across some Jerky animations.
In Chrome I'm getting a flashing scrollbar on the left hand side and not a smooth animation. In other browsers (Firefox, IE10) I just get a jerky reaction on the animate.

Press search on the right hand menu, The "Area" tab is consistently producing the scroll bug for me.

You're running into a bug in jQuery core not the accordion: http://bugs.jquery.com/ticket/13183
