Dialog box moves when trying to close box when scroll position not at top

Description

This condition appears when a dialog box appears in a page which has scroll bars and the browser window is not large enough to fit the whole dialog box on the screen at once.

If you have a smaller browser window open then click on a link to open the dialog box, scroll to the top of the page so the dialog box is partially displayed down on the page in the browser window. Now hit the close button of the dialog box and it moves to the top of the screen rather than close. If you now hit close and it closes, or if you scroll back up again it works this time around.

Hi andystannard,

Thanks for taking the time to contribute to the jQuery UI project. In order to assess this ticket we're going to need a reduced test case that shows the issue. You can use this as a starting point - http://jsfiddle.net/tj_vantoll/vwk3D/. In this case I believe this is an issue that was fixed in 1.10.0.

Thanks I will upgrade to the newer version an see if it gets fixed. I believe the new version will require some code rework on my site so I will report back when that is done.
