unsortable → sortable → unsortable = sortable Why?

$('#menu').sortable({

'items':'.sortable',

'connectWith': '.menu'

}).disableSelection();

If I change class of unsortable LI-element as '' → 'sortable' → '' this element will be sortable!

Because we get so many tickets, we often need to return them to the initial reporter for more information.
