Datepicker fails on internet explorer 10

Description

Hello,

I had been facing problems while loading datepicker onn Internet Explorer 10.

It works fine in Chrome,Firefox and internet explorer 9.

please help.

Because we get so many tickets, we often need to return them to the initial reporter for more information.
