Theme Roller Does Not Save Properly.

Description
When I am creating a new theme some of the functionality does not work. Mainly the changing of textures of the buttons/headers. But then when I settle with what did appear to work upon saving this theme I find that it has saved the site's template version not the version with my updated colors,fonts, etc.

Problems with ThemeRoller need to be reported to https://github.com/jquery/download.jqueryui.com/issues
The first issue you're describing has already been logged: https://github.com/jquery/download.jqueryui.com/issues/119
