Datepicker FR-CA localization - make casing of month and day names consistent

Description
The FR-CA localization strings lowercase all months and day names, which is not consistent with FR, FR-CH, and other localizations.

Actually, according to CLDR fr-CA is correct, and the others are incorrect. Would you like to fix the others instead?

Because we get so many tickets, we often need to return them to the initial reporter for more information.
