Search all with minLegth

Description
When I have to search all items I use:
input.autocomplete("search", "");
But, if I have configured minLength with a number greater than 0. It does not working.

Because we get so many tickets, we often need to return them to the initial reporter for more information. If that person does not reply within 14 days, the ticket will automatically be closed, and that has happened in this case. Why do you have to search all items when you won't let your users search all items?
