Sortable: ui argument in the sort start event is not fully documented

Description
Hi
I am not sure if it is a bug in the documentation or in the sortable code, but I just noticed that the ui argument in the sort start event has a reference to the placeholder (ui.placeholder)
At the moment the documentation says nothing about this: http://api.jqueryui.com/sortable/#event-start
Hopefully this is just missing information in the as my start callback relies on the ui.placeholder
