themeroller not loading existing theme correctly

In my custom theme css file, this is what themeroller generated (see below). However, when I try to open this url, themeroller has all the colors correct for my theme, but the values for those colors are not correct. For example, if you expand the Header/Toolbar section, you'll see that the background color is #cccccc, but that's not correct for this theme. So it seems that there's some bug with the way themeroller generated the theme URL below.

Note that when you try to modify a color, the whole theme reverts back to the default theme. So it seems there's no way to modify this theme.
